Welcome to the FIRST STEP towards your NEW PIERCING!!!! Schedule your appointment & pay your PIERCING deposit here. If you have any questions (regarding pricing, infant ear piercings, piercings for a minor, etc.) please reach out to our piercer, Stormie BEFORE you book your appointment. She can be reached via DM on Instagram @houstonbodypiercing, email her at stormiepiercings@gmail.com, or call the studio 281-856-8400. *If piercing is for a MINOR (7-17 years) they must: -be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian++ -have ORIGINAL birth certificate (names must match names on I.D.'s) -have valid photo I.D. for minor (govt. I.D. or D.L., passport, school I.D.) -have valid photo I.D. for parent (govt. I.D. or D.L., passport) ++Legal guardian must be able to provide documentation of legal guardianship *If piercing is for an INFANT (1-5 months) they must: -be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian++ -have ORIGINAL birth certificate (names must match names on I.D.'s) -have valid photo I.D. for parent (govt. I.D. or D.L., passport) ++Legal guardian must be able to provide documentation of legal guardianship *No microdermals *Please understand not all preferred piercings are viable; in the event that is the case, our piercer will offer alternatives. Please take due notice of the following TERMS & CONDITIONS: *All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. *Valid I.D. is required for all procedures. If the booking is for a minor, all additional required documents must be provided at time of service. *Deposits go towards the final cost of the piercing. *To cancel or reschedule you must notify the artist 24 hours or more BEFORE appointment. Failure to do so will result in the loss of your deposit. *Being 30 min or more late for your SET APPOINTMENT may require rescheduling upon artists discretion.
